Wrotham Steam Rally Catering Concessions
 
The Event has been established for 30 years, takes place over the second weekend in June and typically attracts between 6,000 and 7,000 exhibitors and members of the public.
 
The site is available from 2pm on Thursday before the Rally for Trade stands and on Friday for exhibitors. Members of the public are admitted from 9am on Saturday and Sunday
 
The Management Committee invites tenders for the following Catering Concessions from experienced and financial viable contractors who can demonstrate that they use qualified staff who hold current Health and Hygiene Certificates, utilise clean and modern mobile units and can provide adequate Public and Product Liability Insurance.
 
1st Concession
Mobile unit to supply burgers, bacon & sausage rolls/baguettes, chips, non-alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee.
 
2nd Concession
Mobile unit to supply burgers, bacon & sausage rolls/baguettes, chips, non-alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee. Here preference will be given to high quality options that can demonstrate the provenance of the ingredients used.
 
3rd Concession
Mobile unit to supply an alternative food menu. This could be Thai Food, Indian Cuisine, a Noodle bar or several other variations of cuisine. Non-alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee
 
4th Concession
Baked potatoes with a range of fillings and or fish and chips. Non-alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee.
 
5th Concession
Mobile unit to provide freshly prepared baguettes with a range of fillings including vegetarian options and salads,
 
6th Concession
A purveyor of doughnuts.
 
7th Concession
Mobile units to provide all the ice cream and ices sold on the site & cold drinks.
 
8th Concession
A mobile unit that sells sweets or puddings other than doughnuts. This could include strawberries and cream, cakes and gateau, confectionary, tea, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks.
 
Please provide a completed tender form and any company information which you feel helpful to our committee and post or email to the address on the tender form. Multiple concession tenders should provide separate bids for each concession. The cut off date for tenders is 31st January 2009. 

A successful tender is secured by a 50% non-returnable deposit and the balance paid on the Sunday of the rally.
